Minimum $100 is required for wholesale buyers. No minimum for dropship customers. |

Yes, we ship wholesale/dropship orders via USPS and FedEx to foreign countries. |

Yes, we will provide tracking number to every package we shipped. |

5. How long does it take to process an order? |
Normally, orders will be processed and shipped by the next business day. However, orders may take up to 3 business days to process in rare occasions. |

Excluding holidays and weekends, the estimate time for delivery as following:

7. What packaging does the individual product come with? |
For wholesale orders, products will be placed in the small plastic bag. For dropship orders, each product will come in a plastic bag and placed in cotton-filled box. |

8. Do I have to have a business license to buy from you? |
No, nowadays people are doing business in various ways such as selling on eBay, Amazon, swap meet, and own website. We can help you grow your business. |

9. Do I need to pay the sales tax for the products I buy from you? |
Dropship orders ship to California address will be charged for California sales tax. Wholesale buyers with valid California Seller's Permit will not be charged for sales tax. California sales tax 8.25%. |

10. Can I return the products I bought from you? |
Please note, we will accept return only if the products are still in their original BRAND NEW condition with labels still attached. There will be 25% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund amount. We will not refund shipping fee. |

11. Do you offer warranty on your products? |
No, we do not offer any warranty on the products. We will only exchange products with manufacturer's defect. |

12. Why do you need to review and approve account? |
We review account registration to prevent any account with fake information and also to assign proper payment methods to each account. Please allow one business day for account approval. |
